Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is to advise ASCAP that THE FOURMULA GROUP have entered into an agreement with another ASCAP publisher for the administration of the musical compositions contained herein, and that ASCAP records should be marked to reflected as follows:

1. Name of ASCAP publisher acting as our administrator:

MUSIC OF THE FOURMULA (ASCAP)

2. Effective Date of agreement:

Immediately, including all royalties now payable or which hereafter become payable, regardless of when performances took place.

3. Checks for all our publisher ASCAP royalties, both domestic and foreign, shall be made payable to the administrator and should be sent together with statements and all other correspondence regarding the works to the administrator at its address on ASCAP records.

We understand that ASCAP cannot mark its records at this time so as to indicate the termination date of the administration agreement and that, therefore, the above information will continue to be reflected on 12345678 records until such time as we or the administrator notifies ASCAP that the administration agreement is about to terminate.
